Set Up

Founded in 1961 in Hong Kong, China, Dayang Group started as an auto parts trading company and later invested in various joint ventures in Chinese mainland. We have accumulated sufficient experience in the automotive industry to develop our own business on our own.

Neptune currently has multiple business units and joint ventures in Shanghai, Qingdao, Dalian and Foshan to support the rapidly growing Chinese automotive industry.

Our milestones

1994

In 1994, Shanghai Dayang Automobile Air Conditioning Parts Co., Ltd. was established. The first project to start business was Santana. As a supplier of SAIC Volkswagen Santana Community.

1961

In 1961, Dayang Group was established.

2019

Dayang Group acquires Guenzhi's brakes from the mainland Management business and established Qingdao Gaoyi Auto Parts Ltd

2015

Continental acquires Guenge from Carlyle in United States

2015

ContiTech Ocean Pipe Fittings (Changchun) Co., Ltd. was established

2007

Qingdao Goodyear was acquired by Carlyle Capital of United States and renamed Guenzhi

2020

Qingdao Gaoyi established Dalian branch

2020

Changed its name to Neptune Fluid Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
